After 528 days, Liverpool fans filled Anfield again, and it was genuinely amazing to be be able to be in the ground, singing and cheering again.
Pre-match we found our photo on the Champions Wall mural, and had a very brief panic with the new NFC tickets. As the kickoff approached, there was a lovely tribute to all the players and staff who lost their lives since Atletico and a passionate display in memory of Andrew Devine with a mosaic and the Justice for the 97 chant.
On the pitch, the game was won by two really well taken goals by Diogo Jota and Sadio Mane, and the clean sheet earned by yet more Alisson Becker heroics in goal. Great day, hope you all enjoy the vlog! Same again net week yeah?
