Happy Birthday Andy Robertson! Born in Glasgow, Scotland Robertson started his career off at Celtic but was released when he was 15. He went on to join Scottish League Two side Queens Park and was an important member of the first team by the 2012/13 season. He signed for Dundee United and after an impressive first season he was named PFA Young Player of the Year in Scotland. He also made his international debut for Scotland in Mark 2014 coming on as a second-half substitute against Poland. He joined Hull City in the summer of 2014, he was relegated twice from the Premier League with the club as well as being promoted from the Championship. He made total of 99 league appearances scoring three goals and continued to be called up for international duty with Scotland. He scored his first international goal against England in a friendly at Celtic Park IN 2014. In July 2017 Robertson signed for Liverpool for a fee of around £8 million. He wanted to prove that he could play at a high level and Jürgen Klopp was impressed with his performances for Hull and knew this would be a good move for him. He had a shaky start to his Liverpool career having to compete with Alberto Moreno for the number one left-back spot but he seems to have claimed it as his own over recent weeks putting in some brilliant performances and winning the affection of the Anfield crowd.
