Welcome to today’s Liverpool FC news and transfer latest live blog! We will keep you up to date with the latest gossip, rumours and of course any news which is just bullshit.  15:20 – Today’s news show is now available for you to watch!15:00 – LFC players passing the time when waiting for delayed flightLiverpool’s flight from Charlotte to New Jersey was delayed and some of the players have took to social media to show what they did to pass the time, i’m particularly impressed with Robertson photoshopping skills.
14:30 – Allan to go out on loanAllan de Souza had signed a new five year deal with the club and has joined German side Frankfurt on loan for the coming season. 13:40 – Klopp impressed by ‘proper scouser’ Curtis JonesSpeaking to Liverpool FC Klopp said “Curtis is a proper Scouser – I don’t know if I have the right words, but he is not shy to say a few things and probably that’s a surprise for one or two players! It’s easy, he accepts the rules of the group, there is no doubt about that’.The manager is clearly impressed with the youngsters since they joined up with the first team squad last season but taking them on the USA tour has shown just how high he rates them. A lot of Liverpool fans have been impressed by Curtis Jones over the course of pre-season and are excited about what he could do for us in the future.
12:20 – Fans given opportunity to score at the Kop end thanks to VRLiverpool FC have today announced that fans will be given the opportunity to score at the Kop end thanks to Virtual reality. Liverpool FC first released the technology in LFC World roadshows in Mumbai and Jakarta but it will be available as part of stadium tours at Anfield from Saturday, July 28.12:00 – Mo Salah nominated for Best Player 2018Mo Salah has been nominated for The Best FIFA Men’s Player 2018. He has been selected among other talents including Cristiano Ronaldo, Kevin De Bruyne, Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe and many others. Salah won a host of awards after his exceptional first season for the Reds so it would nice to see him start the new one by winning this. You can get involved by voting on the link below! 11:10 – Should Liverpool push Grujic into another loan spell? Our midfield has improved massively with the arrival of Naby Keita and Fabinho leaving some players questioning how much game time they will get including Marko Grujic. The Serbian was on loan at Cardiff City last season and was impressive during his spell, he has since come back to Liverpool for pre-season training but Cardiff where interested in bringing him back to the club for the new season but they’re not the only ones wanting Grujic. Crystal Palace are supposedly interested in snapping up the youngster for their Premier league campaign.I think it would be a good idea to send him out on loan again, it’s not likely that he will get a lot of first team action this season other than some games in cup competitions so why not send him out somewhere he will be playing regularly and can improve.10:45 – Gomez learning a lot from Van DijkJoe Gomez has been speaking about Virgil Van Dijk and how he views him as a big brother figure in the squad. Speaking to Liverpool FC Gomez said “He is a good guy, he was skipper at Southampton and is for Holland, and his presence is felt within the camp”.“He’s like my big brother. It’s a pleasure to play with him and it’s about learning from him. He is experienced, and I’ve got time to grow into that position.”10:15 – Mignolet on his way outSimon Mignolet could follow Danny Ward in being the next Liverpool goalkeeper to leave Anfield. After the signing of Alisson last week it looks as if Mignolet has now become third choice goalkeeper which is something I can’t see him being happy with.Klopp has supposedly put a 12 million pound price tag on the goalkeeper which is a good price in the window nowadays meaning a lot of clubs may be interested in signing the Belgian.9:25 – No hard feelings between Klopp and CanEmre Can left Liverpool this summer upon the expiry of his contract and joined Italian champions Juventus. The midfielder was looking likely to leave Anfield early on in the season having refused to sign a new deal and quotes from the The Daily Star say that Klopp had no hard feeling towards Can.“Not a lot of managers would let you play so many times when you are in the final year of your contract. My relationship with Klopp was always good and he wished me all the best when I was leaving”.We wish the German international all the best in the future and there is no need to worry because we will have Naby Keita bossing the midfield next season.9:15 – Liverpool have no interest in VidaReports late last night suggested that Liverpool where close to agreeing a fee with Besiktas for Croatian defender Vida and that the turkish club would not take less than 30 million for him. James Pearce has put those reports to bed this morning with this tweet saying that Jurgen Klopp is happy with his CB option this season. However i can’t help think we may need to strengthen in that area with the like of Matip looking like he is going to be very injury prone this season having been sent home from the USA tour with a thigh problem. 9:10 – Morning All! Lauren here today to give you the latest news involving Liverpool including transfer rumours and news surrounding the club.
