Welcome to today’s Liverpool FC news and transfer latest live blog! We will keep you up to date with the latest gossip, rumours and of course any news which is just bullshit.

Chris is here with a round up of todays latest news and rumours!

17.00 – We are going to Dublin!

15:49 – Origi feels positive about Melwood return

The Belgian forward was loaned out to Wolfsburg last season after failing to impress Jurgen Klopp but he now believes that he has grown significantly on and off the pitch. Speaking exclusively to liverpoolfc.com he said “I just have to keep my focus on enjoying myself on the pitch and giving everything. The next few weeks will show. The feet do the talking on the pitch, so we will see how it goes. I am positive.”

Where do you see him next season? Are you happy to see him leave or do you think he is capable of doing a job as back up?

15:34 – Mignolet to Turkey?

Not sure where to start with this one. This is about the third time this has happened in the past few days. Liverpool players have been linked with Fernabache left, right and centre because former Reds director of football Damien Comolli is now their current one.

Can see the link but not several times. It’s been obvious for some months now that Mignolet could be on his way out of Anfield after being dropped to second choice, leaving Karius to take the number one spot. Sometimes it appears to be a contest of who’s the shittest between the Mignolet has had his chances at this club and will more than likely be on his way out this summer.

14:05 – Liverpool ladies make another addition

It’s all go at LFC ladies, yesterday they completed the signing of Bristol City centre back Jasmine Matthews and now her former team mate Yana Daniels is the latest addition to Neil Refearn’s new look side.

Daniels plays predominately on the wing but also has the ability to play upfront. On the move Daniels said “Once I heard of the interest from Liverpool Ladies, there was only one club that I wanted to sign for and I cannot wait to get started.”

11:10 – Why Yerry Mina transfer might just happen

Colombian defender Yerry Mina has been linked with the Reds this week and the transfer may just happen. Reports in Spain suggest Mina may be available on a season-long-loan deal due to Barcelona wanting to reduce the amount of non-EU players in their squad. www.teamtalk.com say that the deal has potential and that the Catalan side want the defender to gain some more European experience.

10:35 – Liverpool ahead of Everton in race for Vida

Earlier in the week the Reds where linked with Croatian defender Domagoj Vida. The defender is on the market for around 20 million euros and it was reported that Liverpool had planned a bid for him earlier in the week. www.teamtalk.com is reporting that the Reds are in pole position to sign the defender who is also on Everton radar but they have supposedly had a 13 million euro bid rejected. Liverpool is said to be his first choice because of his relationship with Croatian teammate Dejan Lovren.

10:25 – ‘Pre-season training is tough’ – Andy Robertson

A handful of players returned to Melwood on Monday to begin pre-season training. Andy Robertson spoke to www.liverpoolfc.com about the type of sessions going on saying “The pre-season here is intense but I think it shows when the boys are flying in the first game of the season and then throughout. It’ll be tough on the legs but it’s all worth it when the season comes and you need to be raring to go instead of at maybe 80-85 per cent”

The Scotsman made quite the impression on Liverpool fans last season and put in some incredible performances and we will be hoping for more of the same next season.

10:15 – Harry Wilson targeting first team football

Speaking to www.liverpoolfc.com Harry Wilson talked about his aim for the coming season and said “I enjoyed my loan spell but i’ve been looking forward to coming back all summer. I’m focusing on doing well in pre-season and hopefully getting into this team”.

The Welshman was linked with a move away a few days ago to Steven Gerrard’s Rangers but it looks like he wants to stick it out and fight for a place in the first team. Should Klopp be considering sending him out on loan or keeping him here to help him push into the first team?

10:12 – Fekir Boost

Liverpool have been handed another transfer boost in the saga of Nabil Fekir. According to www.liverpoolecho.co.uk the Lyon boss has admitted that the Frenchman can leave the club. Liverpool where hoping to secure a deal for the midfielder before the World Cup started but it fell through at the last minute however reports suggest that the club are still keen on signing the playmaker after the World Cup and this has just given the club and the fans hope.

10:00 – Markovic on the move?

Reports from the https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk this morning suggest that Lazar Markovic could be on his way out of the club.

The winger has already had several loan spells away from the club having never really hit the mark at Anfield only appearing in 34 games since 2014. The 24-year-old has attracted attention from Galatasary and Anderlecht and to be honest I don’t really care where he goes as long as he leave pretty soon.
