Anke Preuss – 6/10

Great save in the first have to deny Ellen White the chance to double the lead. Not much to do in the second half, City had plenty of chances but not much to trouble the keeper.

Becky Jane – 7/10

Good performance again from Becky Jane. Her recovery pace is exceptional, she fits right into that back line.

Sophie Bradley-Auckland – 7/10

Solid again today, took a knock early in the second half but she was able to soldier on for the rest of the game.

Niamh Fahey – 7/10

Solid in defence again today. Could have had a few goals from corners but Roebuck denies her again.

Leighanne Robe – 7/10

Dealt with Laura Coombs well throughout the match and was able to hold off Georgia Stanway in the second half too.

Rhiannon Roberts – 7/10

Cemented that CDM role as her own, loves a tackle and is a real presence in midfield.

Jade Bailey – 7/10

Good partnership between her and Roberts once again, takes all the set pieces now and her corners really gave City something to defend today.

Kirsty Linnett – 7/10

Playing in that deeper role again and it seems to really suit her. She is able to get more of the ball and her work rate is great, always willing to track back and one of the players furthest forward during an attack.

Mel Lawley – 7/10

Best player on the pitch, causes defenders problems all the time and looked the most likely to make something happen. Just didn’t;t quite come off for her.

Niamh Charles – 7/10

Lively going forward today and caused some problems, would like to see her take some more shots from distance when she gets the opportunity.

Courtney Sweetman-Kirk – 6/10

Up against some of the best defenders in the league today so she was always going to struggle.

Ashley Hodson – 6/10

Lively when she came on, glad she got some more minutes under her belt.

Christie Murray – 6/10

Nice to Christie get some more minutes under her belt after being out of the team for so long due to injury.
