NOT at his best either but it could have been worse! Gomez – 8Joe Gomez was decent to be fair. Positionally spot on, calm as fuck and cleared the ball off the line. Got mugged off when they hit the bar but i’ll let it slide. Could he have done better for the goal? I don’t know. Robertson – 5Robbo was sound again. Quieter than usual pinging balls into the box but he was pretty busy on defensive duties. At fault for the goal?
Gini – 6Probably our best ‘6’? Yeah I think so, great to see how he has developed his game this season and he can even perform in away games! Naby – 5Didn’t warrant anything more as he only played 20 mins before being replaced by a very angry Hendo. Quite liked the golf cart, though.Milner – 7I think I might love him you know, not afraid to throw his weight around not afraid to jump into a challenge and not afraid to lead the press. He shows people how it’s done.Mané – 5Love how he keeps going, never gives up but it just wasn’t his night. Credit to Napoli, defensively they were boss. Koulibaly was boss. Bobby – 5Often outnumbered and left with little room to manoeuvre. Felt sorry for him to be honest, he will always work hard and always give his best, sadly it wasn’t enough tonight. Salah – 5Same as Bobby and Sadio, left frustrated again, he just needs that one goal to give him some confidence back.
