Bit of a mad one that, we played so much better than we did last year yet we’ve come away with a bigger loss.Thought we were decent for large parts of the game and ultimately we didn’t take our chances. I’ve not had chance to see the pen back but I’m told it’s controversial.Bigger picture that’s the hardest game on paper we have in the group. It’s not the be all and end all.Adrian – 7Dominated his area and his distribution was sound. Very unlucky not to save the pen. Pulled off a worldie in the first half.Trent – 7Targeted by Napoli for most for the game and he soaked up the pressure well. Ok he had support but they had several options up top.Matip – 7.5Passing, composure and decision making were all spot on. Even went for one of his little ventures towards the end.Virgil – 7Same as Joel really until the end, we were going for it and he just got caught in possession which was unlike him.Robbo – 6I’ve seen the pen back, it wasn’t a pen and I’m not sure he deserved his yellow earlier in the game.Fabinho – 8Our best player by far for me tonight. Picked up the ball in bags of space time and time again. Decision making, speed of pass and everything else was spot on for him tonight.

Milner – 6.5Snapped into challenges and was a calm and composed presence in the squad.
