Milan took the lead in the 44th minute through Filippo Inzaghi, the free kick deflected off of him and past Pepe Reina into the back of the net.The reds went into half-time trailing 1-0, which was a better scoreline than Istanbul, and where hoping to come out second half with a better performance.
