Article by Lauren Black -@Lauren_Black9An eagerly awaited match between Liverpool and Manchester City happens tomorrow and I’ve taken a look at how City have performed so far this season, how Klopp fairs against Guardiola and how I think City will line-up at the weekend.Man City so far Man City currently sit top of the Premier League with seven matches played, winning six, drawing one and losing zero. this is the exact same record as Liverpool so far this season too so the winner of this game will already have that gap on the opposition.Their most recent win coming against Cardiff City in the Premier LeagueAs you can see, City dominated in that game with a total of 81% possession compared to Cardiff’s 19%. This shows that City like to control games and we have seen that numerous times in the past but I think they will struggle to do that this weekend against us. City also have a dominant forward line of Sergio Aguero, Raheem Sterling and Leroy Sane with David Silva and Bernado Silva sitting behind them with their squad providing a total of 21 goals already this season.I think the one we need to watch at the game on Sunday would be Sergio AgueroAs you can see, Aguero has got five goals so far this season making him their top goalscorer. He also recently signed a new contract that keeps him at the club until 2021. He had a phenomenal season last year scoring 30 goals in 37 appearances for his club and was close to reaching Mo Salah at one point thanks to a good goalscoring run. There where a few rumours that he may not start the game tomorrow due to injury but assuming he is fit I highly doubt Guardiola will want his bests striker sitting on the bench especially with De Bruyne not featuring.Record Against Liverpool Man City did not have the best of times against Liverpool last season, especially at Anfield, with a total of four games being played with City only winning one. I think every Liverpool fan will agree that the home leg at Anfield in the Champions League quarter-final was the pick of the litter but the 4-3 win in the Premier League comes close too.Liverpool have also won their last five games against City at Anfield so i’m hoping for a similar result this weekend at home but i know it will be a difficult game.Guardiola vs Klopp Jurgen Klopp has beaten Pep Guardiola more than any other manager with a total of 14 matches being play and Guardiola only winning five, drawing one and losing eight. He has faced him in the Premier League and also in the Bundesliga when they managed Germany’s top two team Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich.Their last game against each other in the Bundesliga was in the DFB-Pokal cup with Klopp’s Dortmund coming out on top in a 3-1 win against Guardiola Bayern. My predicted Man City line-up Article by Lauren Black -@Lauren_Black9???? 16+ PODCASTS P/MONTH ???? 12+ SHOWS P/MONTH ✍ DAILY ARTICLES INC ‘SPECIAL GUEST WRITERS’ ⭐ EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEWS – INC JURGEN KLOPP! ???? Pre and Post Match Shows
