Liverpool’s Toxteth talisman was in his goalscoring prime, going on to score 31 goals in all competitions that season.
Fowler is a bone fide club legend, sitting sixth in LFC’s all-time top goalscorer list, one place ahead of Sir Kenny Dalglish.
