- Jurgen Klopp: “I have no idea how you win the Ballon d’Or – if it’s about being in the Champions League final, scoring the most goals, stuff like this then it could be slightly difficult but if it’s about performances over the last few years then yes, he has a chance.
- 2021 Ballon d’Or ceremony will take place on Monday, 29 November.
- Leo Messi currently the odds-on favourite.
