By Adam Brown (@AdamMNVi)Top of the league. Normality has resumed after Liverpool’s 2-1 win against West Ham on Saturday with both Diogo Jota and Xherdan Shaqiri making an impact once again.Fans would be forgiven for forgetfulness of the Swiss playmaker’s talent, but whatever was keeping Shaqiri out of the team before has now been put aside. Shaq is a serious option coming off the bench and is looking dangerous from central positions. I’d like to see both of the Reds super-subs from the weekend play a part in Europe.Atalanta are up next in a game which will put Liverpool against an unfamiliar 3-4-2-1 system.Duvan Zapata is one to watch with the Colombian already making his presence felt in Group D after a brace against Ajax and man-of-the-match display against FC Midtjylland. The forward will particularly be a threat in the air with service from Argentinean talisman, Alejandro Gomez. Joel Matip, Naby Keita and Kostas Tsimikas returned to training this week – a welcome boost after an unfortunate run of injuries amongst the Liverpool squad.

Here’s how we should line up:Rhys Williams returns to the side with Nat Phillips not registered in the Champions League. While Matip is back in training, the Cameroonian’s injury record indicates Klopp should be cautious of starting the defender right away.Kostas Tsimikas is a good option to start with mindfulness of an impending clash with Manchester City coming up. Robertson and Alexander-Arnold have played a lot of minutes in recent weeks.Reports suggest James Milner didn’t take part in training but was present at Melwood – this could mean the veteran was in a recovery session ahead of a start or is injured and won’t be involved. Experience is vital against tricky sides and a midfield of Henderson, Milner and Keita should cope well with Atalanta’s style.Jota and Shaqiri are rewarded for good performances and should be deployed either side of Takumi Minamino. A rest for the front three is potentially risky, but the Reds are in a comfortable position after a perfect start in Group D.I’m expecting a close game which could see the Reds under pressure in spells, but Liverpool should have enough for the three points with the likes of Salah and Mane available from the bench if needed.Score prediction: Atalanta 1 – 2 Liverpool  How does Paul think Liverpool will line up?
