Article by Adam Brown @AdamMNVi A solid performance against Arsenal means Liverpool will defend their perfect start to the Premier League campaign against Sean Dyche’s Burnley. The Reds have looked unstoppable at Anfield so far but were troubled in the first half against Southampton. Given there has been a full week of preparation for this game and no trip to Istanbul, Liverpool should be much better for this away game at Turf Moor.Teams like Burnley were usually dreaded a few years ago, but, the reality is this Liverpool side has evolved under Jurgen Klopp. Opposition teams know that it’s no longer a case of setting up a bus in front of the goal and being confident of a result. Much like title rivals, City, the Reds scoring is becoming a case of ‘when’ rather than ‘if’.If Liverpool are going to challenge for the Premier League title, these are the games where points cannot be dropped.

Here’s how we should line up:A stubborn Dyche defence means our back four should be unchanged. Matip and Virgil can deal with the direct style of play while Trent and Robertson will be vital for the Reds attack.Fabinho starts from the anchor behind Henderson and Wijnaldum. If Keita was available, it would be worth considering whether to start a more attacking midfield, but with Ox not yet back to full form, there isn’t a midfielder ready to come in yet over our current options. The front three remains the same. Salah showed glimpses of his sharpness against Manchester City in the community shield and the signs were right; the Egyptian has started the season in his best form. That goal last week was something we’re used to seeing from Messi and still got no more than a ‘ooooo he’s in the mood’ from Martin Tyler.Burnley will set up to counter-attack and be threatening from set-pieces, so if Liverpool can avoid mistakes in those situations, the breakthrough should eventually come. The form of the front three is too strong.Score prediction: Burnley 0 – 3 Liverpool How does Chris think that Jurgen Klopp will select the side? Check out the Starting XI Prediction Show
