Starting XI: How should Liverpool line up against Burnley?

On another day, the Reds would have been much more comfortable. Fabinho was a particular standout in the game, taking the derby atmosphere in his stride with six tackles registered on the day. There are parts of Fabinho’s game which are invaluable to any team at the top level, which means that there is now, certainly, a battle for places within the midfield.  As mentioned before the Everton game, it’s vital that we keep a settled back four until after the Champions League business is taken care of – which means there should be no changes to the goalkeeper or defence at Turf Moor. In midfield, Milner will be fresh to come in for Wijnaldum who has played a lot of games of late, while Keita needs to get some game time – there’s going to be a game soon where he comes alive. Is it time to put an end to the Salah upfront idea? At least for now, reverting Firmino back to the centre forward role is our best option. The Brazilian star hasn’t looked as effective from a deeper position. On the basis of form, Burnley are the worst side in the Premier League at the moment. They’re without a win in seven games, losing five. Obviously this means that Joe Hart will have his best game of the season and we’ll draw 1-1.
