By Adam Brown @AdamMNViIt’s the final day of the season and Liverpool have somehow manoeuvred into the top four. It’s been a fairly torrid campaign for the Reds, so finishing the job against Crystal Palace would be a massive achievement for Jurgen Klopp given the circumstances.Roy Hodgson’s last game after a managerial career that spans back to 1976 with Swedish side Halmstad will be at Anfield, leading out the team he joined as a youth player in 1963. The Eagles manager has seen it all as the game has evolved and developed through technology and new eras, though his interview after West Brom’s 2-1 win against Bolton may be the most memorable. The former Liverpool manager will undoubtedly receive a good reception from the Anfield crowd as he steps back from management for now, but the Reds must be ruthless with three points vital to ensure Champions League football without an eye on other games.

Here’s how we should line up:With senior options returning and a deal for Ibrahima Konate edging closer, Nat Phillips is  making a case to be a valuable option in the makeup of the squad next season. It would be unsurprising if recent performance against Burnley have seen the defender added to a number of Premier League club’s shortlists for the summer.Fabinho, Thiago and Curtis Jones start in midfield. A Crystal Palace without Eberechi Eze is likely to be more defensive than normal. Sunday looks to be Wijnaldum’s last game in a Liverpool shirt which should see the Dutchman introduced at some stage, while Oxlade-Chamberlain’s goal at Turf Moor will have given Klopp something to think about. The front three looked sharp on Wednesday night and should be well recovered for one last run-out before the end of the season. Mo Salah goes into the game level on 22 goals with Harry Kane which means the Egyptian king should be up for this one in front of an Anfield crowd. Score prediction: Liverpool 2 – 0 Crystal Palace And thank you to everyone who has taken the time to check out some content here on The Redmen TV.
