Article by Adam Brown @AdamMNVi Recent performances suggest that Liverpool have overcome the slight dip in form. A dominant win against Bournemouth followed by a positive display against Bayern shows that Jurgen Klopp’s side are more than prepared to take on United. While the Reds didn’t find the net against Bayern, positive situations were plentiful – with Sadio Mane having the best chance of the game.Of course, United are improved under Solskjaer, but positives can be taken from PSG’s performance at Old Trafford which was without both Edinson Cavani and Neymar. A win at Old Trafford could ignite a run of form at exactly the right time.van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold are back, which means the only question is does Fabinho retain his place at centre-back?There’s no doubt that the Brazilian can play there against United, but Matip’s experience and recent performances make him a safer option – the same back five which played against Napoli. This leads to the biggest dilemma; Henderson or Fabinho? Playing 4-2-3-1 should be reserved for when we want to shut the game down, against a team like United – Klopp knows that we can cause them problems.Given the captain’s outstanding performance on Tuesday, it probably doesn’t matter who plays in the six, but I’ve gone for Fabinho with his previous performance against United in mind.Everyone is liking the Keita-Wijnaldum combination at the moment. Is this the game where Naby steps up? Chris spoke about him on the Starting XI Prediction Show. The Guinean is beginning to look much more confident in his play. The front three remains unchanged.Fabinho will be key in nullifying Pogba, while our front three should profit from counter- attacking a more positive looking United side. This Liverpool team should bombard the Manchester defence. The Reds showed it at Anfield in December, PSG showed it last week, and they were very fortunate against Spurs. No one is denying Solskjaer’s improvement, but it’s hardly ground-breaking. Play without fear and reclaim our spot on top of the Premier League table.Score prediction: Manchester Utd 1 – 3 LiverpoolArticle by Adam Brown – @AdamMNViHow does Chris think that Klopp will pick the side?
