By Adam Brown – @AdamMNViLiverpool find a way once again. Now, it’s time to focus on Napoli where a win on Wednesday night will send the Reds through to the knockout stages of the Champions League. The Italians are in poor form, failing to win in six matches with just two wins in their last 10 games. It’s the perfect opportunity for Jurgen Klopp’s side to secure all three points ahead of the Reds game against Brighton at the weekend.
How should we line up?Alisson should remain in goal, along with his excellent tights. The Brazilian controls the agenda; he could wear astroturf trainers and jeans if he wishes. There’s no need to change the back four after a strong display against Palace. Lovren has stepped up since being called upon and deserves credit for his recent performances. Some argued that Oxlade-Chamberlain was ineffective on the wing on Saturday which was slightly harsh; the Reds as a team were fairly unproductive as a team for large portions of the game against Palace. What can’t be denied is how well Ox has performed from central areas – he should move back into the midfield three on Wednesday.Naby Keita played two full games for Guinea over the international break which means he should be ready for Wednesday. The midfielder has played well in the Champions League so far and needs to be given opportunities if he is to return to some of his better form we saw last season.Mo Salah was fit enough for the bench on Saturday so should return if fully recovered. There’s no need to risk the Egyptian king if he isn’t ready with Origi available.Napoli’s form means Liverpool will be strong favourites in this game. Anfield will be a big factor in getting off to a good start where the Reds attack should breakthrough.Score prediction: Liverpool 2 – 1 Napoli By Adam Brown – @AdamMNViHow does Chris think we should line up versus Napoli?
