To be eligible for either of these Kickstart Scheme roles, you must be aged between 16-24 and currently on Universal Credit.

Kickstart – Social Media Executive
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking to add a Social Media Executive to our team, to work alongside our Head of Social Media to create and implement fresh, innovative ways to promote our content, merchandise and more.
The Social Media Executive will be tasked with the creation and scheduling of social media posts as well as the creation of unique content to help us promote The Redmen TV and our Redmen Plus streaming service.
SKILLS NEEDED
The ideal candidate will have experience of using social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter & Instagram in a professional capacity, both in terms of posting content and social media analytics.
A basic use of Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent) would also be ideal.
Candidates should be based in or around the Liverpool area, with the ability to get to our studio in Hunts Cross on a daily basis.
Most importantly, though, we are looking for outgoing, passionate people who love social media and ideally, who share our love of Liverpool Football Club!

Kickstart – Production Assistant
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking to add a production assistant to our small, dynamic, Liverpool-based production team.
The production assistant will work alongside the production team to produce and edit live video content for our YouTube channel and our Redmen Plus streaming service, as well as assisting on the production of our premium content (documentaries, features, podcasts) and various other content.
The successful candidate must have flexibility in terms of working hours to work around the Liverpool FC fixture schedule.
SKILLS NEEDED
Candidates will ideally have experience working with Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent), Photoshop (or equivalent) and DSLR cameras.
Candidates should be based in or around the Liverpool area, with the ability to get to our studio in Hunts Cross on a daily basis.
Most importantly, though, we are looking for outgoing, passionate people who love making content and ideally, who share our love of Liverpool Football Club!
