We are looking to recruit a passionate and motivated full-time Marketing Assistant to help us spread the word about The Redmen TV. 

We’re looking to bring someone in on a 12 month contract, with scope for the successful applicant to become a permanent member of the team based upon their performance in the role.

We are very proud of the content and merchandise we create for Liverpool FC supporters and we want somebody to help us reach even more Reds across the world!

Main Purposes of the Role

The purpose of the marketing function of the business is to improve awareness of The Redmen TV, its content and products using a variety of marketing techniques.

Working out of our office in Hunts Cross, Liverpool, the Marketing Assistant will manage the day-to-day operations of our marketing function, reporting to the Head of Operations and the CEO.

Key Tasks

Support the Head of Operations with the planning, launching and management of multi-channel campaigns to improve awareness of The Redmen TV and its products.

Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Production Team to ensure the marketing functionality of the business runs smoothly and effectively.

Assist the Social Media Manager with the creation and scheduling of marketing/advertising posts across our social channels.

Monitor and report on all marketing campaigns.

Regular competitor monitoring and analysis to ensure our message remains competitive and fresh in the marketplace.

Objectives

Raise awareness of The Redmen TV and its products, leading to the growth of our key revenue streams.

Ensure that all products are marketed correctly, with fresh campaigns being planned, launched and monitored on a regular basis.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

Creativity! We want you to have a broad range of marketing skills, demonstrated with you having a business or marketing-related Bachelor’s degree or a similar qualification and/or suitable experience of working in a similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Strong attention to detail.

Great organisational skills.
