Pinch me. Another win. This feeling is boss, even more so when you see the line up and a somewhat dull, lifeless first half. Hard to think where the inspitration and bit of magic would come from. Salah. Salah is, was and will always be the answer. Well one of them anyway.A make-shift back line, a reasonably make-shift midfield given the circumstances and a make-shift front three. Yet here we are. 3 points better off. Credit doesn’t just go to Salah. There were plenty of great performances today and some confident performances from others. A huge 3 points and a continuation of our form.I suggest when you’ve read this you go watch that second Salah goal back because that’s exactly what I’m going to do!Remember, these ratings are just opinions. They in no way have any effect on your life. Don’t get angry. Just let me know yours in the comments below. Alisson – 7All in all he didn’t have lots to do. A few moments in which he had to be quick off his line to nullify attacks but as usual he remained calm and distributed the ball well. Couldn’t have done much for the goal and I’m not arsed.Trent – 7Much better from Trent again today. We are starting to see more and more those raking passes from right to left and it was exactly one of those balls up to Shaq that played a part in Liverpool scoring.Hendo – 8A solid performance at CB from the captain. Constantly giving instructions and support to others, got involved in big tackles, aerial duels and took a boot in the face. This from Milner sums it up pretty well.❌ Van Dijk

Phillips – 9Virgil van Phillips. A tough, physical game today – right up Nats street. Helped a lot by the fact West Ham didn’t create much but that is a reflection on Nat and his team mates. Calm, assured and did a lot for my confidence sat at home. He’s not the long term answer to Liverpool’s CB issue but lets give him credit where it is due.Robbo – 7Missed his mate Sadio today. A real mix up down that left hand side but you can always count on Robbo to put in a decent shift. Quiet-ish in the first half besides clearing the ball off the line, but once the game started to open up in the second we were able to see him at his best.Gini – 8Again. A top showing from Gini. We are depleted, trying to throw a team together with every game but one of the constants is Gini Wijnaldum in both appearances and performances. Give him the bloody money. Contributed with one key pass and a cool finish.Jürgen Klopp: "James Milner shouted at Hendo 'you better be careful, because if you keep playing like this, you'll be centre-back for the rest of your career'"

Thiago – 8Despite the lazy narrative from some commentators Thiago is producing week in, week out for Liverpool, just as we expected. Playing in another changed side, in a slightly different formation and still comes up with the goods.
Milner – 7Goes off just before the goal, not happy, gets an explanation from Klopp, still looks annoyed. Curtis Jones, his replacement, makes an immediate impact and Liverpool score. Milner laughs his fucking tits off. Love it. What a fella.Salah – 10I’d give him a 10 for that second goal alone, yes a great team goal, superb counter attack, but to pluck it out the air with one foot and within a split second dink the ‘keeper with the other is world class. Take nothing away from the first one either, great feet and another quality finish.Origi – 5To be fair to him, he played a part in the second goal and also to be fair to him it can take time to play into form when you are constantly in and out of the team. Having said that, you can’t help but expect more from him. I won’t be too harsh, mainly because I just can’t be arsed.Shaqiri – 7The first half wasn’t great for anyone, Shaq was reduced to a blocked shot and not a lot else. Made up for it in the second, involved in the first goal and integral to the second with a high, looping ball to Salah. Another encouragingThiago Alcantara vs. West Ham

Thiago has taken to the Premier League like a duck to water. A really really talented duck. A duck I could watch play for hours. Cheers, Bayern. pic.twitter.com/SE6f3vhwvd
Jones – 8Hahaha class. Comes on, sends of few lads for the Echo, links up with Shaq, Trent and Mo and contributes with an assist all within seconds! That’s what we needed and what we were lacking, a player in between the lines, someone to cause havoc.Bobby – 7Wasn’t on long but carried on that form and swag he had v Spurs. Nice little selfless pass to set up Gini for the 3rd. Well in, Bobby lad!Ox – N/ALate, late subRoss – @rossic89
