Matip, now known as Matipdonna. Fucked off defending in the first half when Palace decided they wanted to play football in Stanley Park and just dribbled his way round players, hung round the box for a bit and should have scored! Baller.

Keep having shite shots from distant Virgil lad! And by shite shots, I obviously mean assists. Doing bits for my fantasy team you hunk of a man. Standard Virg really.
Robertson – 7
Not Robbo’s best game but that was a mental game to be fair, there is a reason he’s just signed a new contract and it’s because he’s boss. We won’t come up against a lot of sides that have Wan-Bissaka and Townsend in their side, which contributed to Robbo being more reserved.
Henderson – 8.5
One of our better players in the first half, important blocks, interceptions and tackles go unnoticed because he’s not as creative as others, I get that, but he still had a good game, give him credit.
Fabinho – 8.5
Thought he was fucking boss. Did well to break up the Palace counter at times, calm, composed and just a unit in general. Fucked up for the second goal as he lost Tomkins but he made up for it as every time he got the ball and looked up I did this……
Keita – 5
Poor first half from someone who isn’t a fucking winger. Peak LFC Twitter at half time. One minute into the second half he gets an assist. Wonderful. Yes he’s not as good as all the YouTube videos we relentlessly watched for over a year but this was a difficult game against a good side, he will get better!
Mane – 6.5
Well I was about to slate his poor decision making and finishing but he’s just settled my nerves to make it 4-3. I’m an emotional wreck here…send help…..
Salah – 7.5
Guess what? I missed the diving incident, so I am conveniently going to leave it out. Saw the goal though, beautiful touch at an important time. Right place again for the second goal. Proved vital as Palace pulled it back to 4-3 and squeak arse time was in full swing!
I did see the pen incident, just rather not talk about it..
Firmino – 7
Quieter than usual, made to drop deep a lot more than he would normally, you know what though his press is everything, even if he doesn’t win the ball, he can force an error or help a team mate out. Again Palace are a good side who parked the bus, making his job hard. Put your feet up in Dubai Bobby you fucking deserve it!
